How do Consumers Place Privacy Requests?

Consumers can place a privacy request by either (1) calling 866-I-OPT-OUT and entering a Service Code provided to you, (2) calling a dedicated toll-free number we’ve assigned to you or (3) submitting an interactive web form request. We provide web form request capabilities as an optional feature for all service plans at no additional charge. They enable you to comply with CCPA’s requirement to include a “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” link on your website footer when you use the web form as the target of that link.
