CCPA Smart Alerts
DSAR and Compliance Notifications
With the Smart Alerts tool for privacy compliance, you’ll never need to remember to check the compliance dashboard for new consumer alerts. Instead, head to the User Preferences to select the email alerts you want. We provide four levels of compliance alerting:
Real Time Alerts
We’ll email you whenever a new privacy request arrives (web form or toll-free number request).
Daily Digest
We’ll email you a daily summary of new requests from that day, plus your total requests outstanding from prior days.
Weekly Digest
We’ll email you on Fridays a summary of new requests from that week, plus your total requests outstanding from prior weeks.
Deadline Alerts
We’ll email you if the CCPA deadline for a request is three days away and you haven’t marked a request as completed.
Note: we never email consumer details because email is inherently insecure. Instead, we email you a link to view requests in our secure dashboard. Here’s a sample real-time alert email:
