  1. Likely a Privacy Request: applied based on patterns that nearly exclusively indicate a privacy rights concern.
  2. Possibly a Privacy Request: applied when the message is ambiguous, but may relate to privacy or other serious legal matters (e.g. threat of legal action).
  3. Unlikely a Privacy Request: applied when there are no indicators to suggest a privacy-related or compliance issue.

Using categorization helps enterprise clients prioritize their review process, ensuring that genuine privacy requests are addressed promptly while minimizing time spent on unrelated calls.
